My best suggestion would be to ask your teacher what he/she meant for the triangle. All we can do here is guess what was intended…. but your teacher can tell you exactly what they are looking for, which will give you a much better chance to do the project.
If it’s just general pictures, then draw the first things you think of when you think of mental, social, or physical things. Maybe you think of two people talking, or a person with a dazed “spin-y thing” over their head (like Charley Brown gets when he’s knocked down) for mental….. just think about it.
