That depends on the conditions of your probation I suppose. If one of the conditions is that you attend this type of training by a specific date and you fail to do that especially knowing that a judge ordered it then yes you can be rearrested for violation of probation. If you have done all the other requirements it seems to me like you are one step away from completing your probation so why blow it now. You certainly won’t be able to take care of your child in the pokey will you? You are not attempting to please your probation officer by completing these terms of probation. You are simply doing what the court has ordered and it is not a personal issue with your PO. Your agreement is with the court.
