I am joining my local university gym. It is cheap and has every piece of equipment you could ever imagine. However, it does not offer tailormade fitness plans. Can you help me create a plan?

More about me:
Sex: Female
Age: 26
Height: 5′2
Weight: 7 stones 4 pounds (105 pounds)
Health: No problems
Fitness history: I have not been to the gym in 4 years. However, I workout at home 3/4 times a week for an hour a time. I also cycle and walk a lot. I am able to do full press-ups etc.
Goals: I do not want to lose weight! I would like to tone up a little more and increase my cardio fitness. I would like to use weights, but I do not want to end up with huge muscular thighs!

Any help would be much appreciated.

fitness test which is 3 pullups, 80 crunches in two minutes, and run 3 miles in around 24 minutes. i could do more than 2 pullups! if i couldnt do 3 i couldnt graduate Marine boot camp. a week before graduation was the final fitness test. my drill instructors gave me a choice on what event to do first. i figured trying to do the 3 pullups first would be my best bet, but they advised me to run the 3 miles first. i thought they wanted me to fail!!! i thought i would have been to tired after the run to do the 3 pullups. i took their advice, did the run first, and right afterwards i done 7 pullups! please fitness people explain this phenomenom to me! how could that be? lol
